పెళ్ళిపుస్తకం సినిమా ఇప్పటికి ఎన్ని సార్లు చూసి ఉంటానో ఇంకా ముందు ముందు ఎన్నిసార్లు చూడబోతానో లెక్కేలేదు. నా టీనేజ్ చివరిదశలో చూశానేమో మనసులో అలా ముద్రించుకు పోయింది. బుడుగు తప్ప ముళ్ళపూడి వారి సాహిత్యం గురించి పెద్దగా పరిచయంలేని సమయంలో బాపురమణలిద్దరినీ దేవుళ్ళుగా ఆరాధించవచ్చు అని అనిపించిన సినిమా. ఇందులో ఇల్లు, పెరడు, ఆ మొక్కల మధ్య అరుగు నాకు ఎంత ఇష్టమో మాటల్లో చెప్పలేను.

కొత్త దంపతులకి ఇవ్వగలిగిన అపురూపమైన బహుమతులలో ఒకటిగా శాశ్వతమైన స్థానాన్ని సంపాదించిన సినిమా. ఈ సినిమా విడుదలయ్యాక ఇందులోని "శ్రీరస్తూ శుభమస్తూ" అన్న పాట నేపధ్యంగా వాడని పెళ్ళి వీడియో ఆంధ్రాలో లేదనడం అతిశయోక్తి కాదు. ఇందులోని "సరికొత్త చీర" పాట దానికి ముందు సన్నివేశంలో హీరో పెళ్ళి గురించి చెప్పే మాటలు నాకు చాలా ఇష్టం. మీరూ ఆస్వాదించండి. 

"అమ్ముకుట్టీ.. నీకు కోపం వచ్చింది కన్నీళ్ళు కదిలాయ్.. నాకు గర్వంగా ఉంది, ఇంత గట్టి పెళ్ళాం దొరికినందుకు. ఇంత మంచి ఫ్రెండ్ ని కాదని నేను మరో పిల్లకేసి చూసినా... ఒకవేళ చూస్తే నవ్వితే షేక్ హ్యాండిస్తే.. అది నా ఉద్యోగ ధర్మం అని నీకు తెలియదా.. గుండెల్లో గూడు కట్టుకున్న ప్రేమనీ చీటికీ మాటికి పైకి చెప్పుకుంటామా.. 

అమ్ముకుట్టీ.. పెళ్ళంటే పాలల్లో పాలలా కలిసిపోవడం పంచదారలా కరిగిపోవడం పెళ్ళంటే నమ్మకం, ఆ నమ్మకం తిరుగులేనిది.. అదీ దీపం లాంటిది దానిమీద అనుమానపు నీడలు పడవు... అనుమానం ఉన్నచోట నారాయణ అన్నా బూతులా వినిపిస్తుంది నమ్మకం ఉన్న చోట బూతుకూడా నారాయణ అన్నట్లే వినిపిస్తుంది..."

Most people come into your life temporarily simply to teach you something. They come and they go and they make a difference. And it’s okay that they’re not in your life anymore.

నాని

ఇవాళ నేను ఒక స్నేహితుడి గురించి చెప్పుకుందాము అనుకుంటున్నాను. తన పేరు నాని. విన్నప్పుడు పేరు బాగుంది అనుకున్నా మరి మహేష్ బాబు అంటే ఇష్టం కదా!! కాని చూశాక ఏమీ నచ్చలేదు. కాని తన గురించి విన్నాక “మహేష్ బాబు కన్నా నువ్వే గ్రేట్ అనిపించింది నాని”. ఏం చెప్పాలి నాని నీ గురించి, ఇంత చిన్న వయసు లో నువ్వు  ఇల్లు బాద్యత,  చదువు నీకు ఏమి నేర్పింది మాలాంటి వాళ్లకి నేర్పనిది. ఇంత చదివినా పక్కవాడి కి సహాయం చెయ్యాలి అనే ఆలోచన రాని నేను నీ ముందు చదువు రాని మొద్దు ని. నిజమే నాకు అసలు ఆ ఆలోచనే రాదు. నాని చెప్పిన ఒక మాట ఈ రోజు ఈ కధ, కాదు కాదు తన కధ రాయడానికి నాకు ఆలోచన ఇచ్చింది.

ఈ రోజు నువ్వు సహాయం చెయ్యి రేపు నీకు అవసరము వచ్చినప్పుడు ఆ సహాయం నీకు సహాయం చేస్తుంది . సరిగా చెప్పానా నాని !!

చిన్న వయసు లో అమ్మ కి కట్టెలు కొట్టిపెట్టిన నీ చిన్న చేతులు ఏమి చెప్పాయి సహాయం చెయ్యడం నేర్చుకోమనా. స్కూల్ లో కొనుక్కోమని ఇచ్చిన రూపాయి దాచి అవి పది చేసి అమ్మ కి ఇచ్చిన నీకు దాచడం తప్ప నీకోసం కొనుక్కోవడం నేర్పలేదా నాని ???

పది కే చదువు ఆపేసిన నీకు, నీ చిన్ని భుజాలు ఆ బరువు మోయగలవా అని భయం వేయలేదా ??

తల్లిదండ్రులు ఎన్ని చెప్పినా ఎన్ని చేసినా ఇంకా ఏదో చెయ్యలేదు అనే పిల్లలకి ఏం చెప్పాలి నీ గురించి. చూసి నేర్చుకునేది కాదు చెప్తే వచ్చేది కాదు. మరి ఎలా నేర్చుకోవాలి అనుభవం నేర్పాలి అవును అనుభవమే నేర్పాలి. ఈ రోజు నాని ఒక Entrepreneur. తన సొంత పని, తనతో పాటు ఇంకో పది మందికి పని. తను తప్పకుండా జీవితం లో ఎదో ఒకటి సాధిస్తాడు. నాకు తెలుసు.
